A love note to Kotak Bank India

I often write letters and dialogues for people—letters to my son, or a dialogue between design and an organization. As times change, digital gives us a far better structure, and the reading experience to make sense of the message.

Floods, taxes, geo-political tension across borders among many countries, war, fifteen-minutes delivery, data privacy, car parking, and difficult relationships—people deal with so much. Of course there is silver lining—acts of kindness that we see around, universities opening new libraries for the students, a noble gesture by a certain community to support the needy, or a new sports shoes brand for the affordable category. However, there are institutions that are consistently poor on purpose. Here is my love note to Kotak Bank India.

PS: This is not a complaint because I do not have any expectations from them. This is merely a Satire—to bring smiles on our face. I am sure Kotak employees and leaders are also smiling.
