The 18F experience is available—hire them for a real competitive advantage

A massive opportunity in the US private sector to hire the brightest who bring a wealth of experience, ingenuity, and wisdom to take your vision forward.

While the world is watching is still processing the latest developments in the US, including with 18F. The experience, wisdom, and ingenuity of the 18F people (and I know at least a few of them)—this talent is such an opportunity for the US private sector to hire them for the real competitive advantage.

Here is a short story.

In the years from 1995 to 2005, there was so much talent available in the Australian cricket that the Australia A team was as good as any other international team. In their home season calendar in the year 1994-95, they added their Australia A side too to their annual tri-series plan, to complete with England and Zimbabwe.

The result—Australia A reached the finals and they played Australia in the finals.

Here is one of the scorecards when this Australia A side beat England full-strength: https://lnkd.in/gJpxJvqq

I am not comparing the two scenarios, and I understand how the stakes are so different. However when se talk about the talent, the talent of 18F is not available who are open to work.

We see many open positions in the US private sector—technology companies and agencies, they should aspire to hire the brightest from 18F who bring a wealth of experience, ingenuity, and wisdom to take your vision forward.
