Driverless startups

An AI-driven startup sounds like a driverless startup. But a startup is not a car.

We have seen driverless cars, in the category of autonomous vehicles. In such cars, the whole nervous system is automated by the use of sensors, intelligent camera, and a pre-programmed logic that guide the vehicle to respond to the signals.

Nowadays we see driverless startups.

So often we see the core positioning of a startup is AI-driven. This sounds like a driverless startup.

AI is a technology capability—an organization cannot be and should not be AI-driven. Did we ever see startups with their positioning as Python-powered logistics, or RoR-driven sales CRM, or WordPress-driven LMS, or PhP-driven analytics tool.

An AI-driven startup sounds like a driverless startup. But a startup is not a car.

Organizations are mission-driven, or cause-driven, or purpose-driven, or some internal energy-driven. They just need to find and name that mission or energy, or even the vibes.
